My love for yoga began with hot vinyasa based yoga, but has evolved into a deep passion for the quiet and cool yin yoga practice. I first came to yoga as a cross country runner whose knees were crying out for a change, and a corporate worker whose stress levels had reached their limit. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology, I appreciate that there is so much more to yoga than the physical benefits, and am fascinated with the immense power of yin yoga and meditation for mental wellness, stress reduction, and self fulfillment. Yoga has been the very essence of my physical and mental health and it is my passion to teach and share my experiences and knowledge with my students through studio and online classes, workshops and teacher trainings.
